Black Fox Solutions are currently recruiting for a Staff Nurse position based in Magherafelt. This role is based within a 37 bedded home that is dedicated to providing person-centred care.

The role:

• Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, fostering residents' independence and comfort.
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments, documenting observations and updating patient records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team and physicians, communicating changes in residents' conditions and participating in care planning discussions.
• efficient patient care while collaborating as a cohesive team member.
• Operate in alignment with the NMC Code of Professional Standards of Practice and Behaviour for Nurses and Midwives 2015.
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans, ensuring proper dosage and timing.
