Job Title: Warehouse and Installation Manager

Working for Traditional Glaze Solutions Ltd T/A Woodcraft Windows:

Join our dynamic team at Woodcraft Windows, a leading provider and installer of timber and aluminium windows and doors. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products and services to our clients, and we are seeking a Warehouse and Installation Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse facility and oversee the efficient installation of our products.

Position Overview
As the Warehouse and Installation Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics coordination, and overseeing the installation process of our products at client sites. You will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
· Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and distribution of products.
· Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimise space utilisation and inventory accuracy.
· Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
· Maintain a safe working environment and enforce health and safety regulations.
· Plan and schedule installations of products at client sites, ensuring on-time delivery and quality workmanship.
· Collaborate with sales and project management teams to coordinate installation schedules and resolve any issues or delays.
· Conduct site visits as needed to assess installation requirements and aid installation teams when required.
· Monitor installation progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and client specifications.
· Manage customer relationships during the installation process, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
· Carryout minor repairs and/or adjustments to products once installed.

Qualifications
· Proven experience in warehouse management and logistics, preferably from within the window and door industry
· Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping/receiving, and safety protocols.
· Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Experience in project management and coordinating installation activities is a plus.
· Ability to multitask, prioritise, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
· Valid forklift license is essential.
