Job description

Sanderson is seeking a skilled Data & Integration Engineering Lead to join an innovative team for a Wiltshire-based organisation. As part of the IT Data and Integration team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless data integration across the company, employing cutting-edge solutions to drive significant business benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a dynamic team of data and integration professionals.
• Manage the Data and Integration Service, including work pipeline, prioritisation, and communications in collaboration with the Head of IT Delivery.
• Monitor capacity and develop scalable models to meet future business demands.
• Collaborate with the IT Extended Leadership Team and contribute to the IT Data Community.

Location:

The primary contractual location is the Swindon office, with hybrid working arrangements available to promote work-life balance. Travel to the office for stakeholder meetings and project work is required, with flexibility to accommodate both individual and organisational needs.

Essential Skills:

• Technical experience in a data-driven solutions model.
• Expertise in data transformation (source to reporting tool).
• Broad experience in Data Integration and/or Data Operational Management.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and support the team effectively.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Experience of working within an Agile methodology

Useful Technical Experience:

• Azure
• Snowflake
• SQL Server or other database experience
• SQL query knowledge
• Reporting tools
