Degree holder in Accounting with Good Experience on Xero software
Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and invoices / receipts
- Prepare customer periodic statements and follo-up on overdue debts
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting processes and cash floor
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data - petty cash is reconciled properly
- Office Admin duties - Prepare staff invoices, Filing, Organisation, Customer service, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software (Xero, Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: £11.00-£15.00 per hour
