Timely Recruit is recruiting a Head of Sales/ Sales Director due to growth in the organisation.
This is an exciting role to join a dynamic business who are making an impact everyday! Our client is a leading Consultancy specialising in Sustainability and ESG .
Summary of main duties and responsibilities:
- Running a dynamic Sales Department
- Leading and building the sales team
- The Sales Director will develop the Sales Strategy.
- The Head of Sales will contribute to the development of marketing strategy and have involvement in the development of new products.
- Responsible for delivering new client wins!
- Developing new client revenues
Attributes and Experience
- You will have a track record of selling professional or Consulting services to Mid–market customers.
- Experience of managing a building a Sales Team.
- A genuine interest in developing your career in Sustainability and ESG.
- Selling Consultative services to Private Equity clients is advantageous!
- Experience in a fast paced environment with short sales cycles.
