Our Care Professionals provide care to people living in their own homes so they can continue to live fulfilled lives and be supported to stay independent in the place they feel the happiest.

We provide services in both the Wrexham and Flintshire areas.

Job Description

This role will involve supporting Home Instead's elderly clients in their own home overnight from 9pm -7am, most shifts are 10 hours, some shifts available are 12 hours.

We are looking for friendly, reliable individuals who want to make a difference and can provide the following support:

• Companionship and reassurance
• Support with daily personal routines which may include administering medication. All training will be given.
• Keeping the home environment clean and safe
• Preparing healthy and nutritious meals

Qualifications

Due to location/timings, applicants should have a reliable form of transport to get to/from the home visits.

This role is subject to a DBS check.

No prior care experience is necessary - Home Instead provide comprehensive training to enable you will all the skills you need as a care professional.
