About Our Client
Company based in the Liverpool city centre and is looking for a ER Advisor to join their team, on a full time bases. You will be the main point of contact for all ER cases, advice, queries, looking at employee relations related policy and procedure.
Job Description
- To provide practical and effective first line employee relations advice to all stakeholders
- Deal with all disciplinary, grievance, absence management and family friendly policies.
- Build long business relationships with line managers and other stakeholders
- Support, coach and advise line manager, to help them become more efficient
- Be proactive and keep your knowledge to a high standard on employment law.
- Be involved in process and procedure development
The Successful Applicant
- Strong understanding of employment law
- Experience within a similar role 2 + years
- High communication skills both written and verbal
