Job Description
As Client Services Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting advisers and consultants, along with clients, providing first class service and excellent administrative support
- Processing transfers, top ups, withdrawals, income and contributions, fund switches, ISA and protection through to completion
- Working with third party providers platforms and processing times
- Managing workloads to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely fashion
- Investigating all queries
- Processing new business cases
- Understanding internal compliance procedures and requirements of third party providers
- Maintaining client records on back-office system
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant for this role must have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience working in an IFA or financial planning firm
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self motivated and willing to use own initiative
- Strong administration skill set
- Great communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Up to date with current FCA Legislation would be ideal
- Relevant qualifications include Certificate in Financial Services/Planning
