Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture a network of candidates through various channels including advertising, job boards, and professional networking sites.
Cultivate relationships with both existing and prospective clients, understanding their requirements and offering expert advice on suitable candidates and industry trends.
Ensure delivery of high-quality service to clients throughout the recruitment process.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing and assessment to interview coordination and placement.
Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates to secure successful placements.
Meet and exceed challenging sales targets in a results-driven environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Background in recruitment with a proven track record in the infrastructure sector.
Ability to engage and present effectively to senior stakeholders within the industry.
Ambitious with a strong drive for success.
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Capable of working autonomously and efficiently.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-oriented setting.
Motivated to deliver outstanding service to clients and candidates.
