Our Balfour Beatty Highways business has a terrific opportunity for a Diversions Manager as part of the Connect Plus Services (CPS) team based in South Mimms, Leatherhead or Dartford.
The Diversion Manager is responsible for implementing and managing the GG907 standard for diversion routes during planned works on the M25 network. This role involves overseeing the entire diversion planning process, from initial assessment through stakeholder liaison, route approval, and post-implementation review.
The role requires a balance between hands-on assessment (including drive-throughs and video assessments) and strategic management, ensuring all diversion routes are safe, efficient, and compliant with GG907 standards.
We have offices in South Mimms, Dartford and Leatherhead and are flexible with where you would prefer to work from. This role is available part-time, job share or full-time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people arent available full-time.

CPS is a Joint Venture project with Balfour Beatty, AtkinsR alis, and Egis. We operate and maintain the M25. The M25 is the busiest section of motorway in Europe and requires careful and efficient planning of work in order to deliver over 100m of annual investment in the highway infrastructure each year, in addition to planned and reactive maintenance activity.
