- Conducting building inspections
- Preparing and presenting detailed reports
- Supervising maintenance and repair projects
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborating with other team members for efficient operations
- Managing budget and resources for projects
- Assisting in the development of long-term strategies for property maintenance
- Providing expert advice on property related issues
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Building Surveyor should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications in Building Surveying or a related field
- Proficiency in building inspection and reporting
- Experience in project management and resource allocation
- Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
- Strong collaborative skills for team-based work
- Ability to provide expert advice on property issues
