Job description

Our client is looking to appoint an Administrator on a part time basis for approximately 12 hours per week. The preferred pattern of working hours is 09:30 – 16:30 Wednesday & Thursday with some flexibility offered to suit. This is a temporary role expected to last approximately 5 weeks.

Duties include:

Providing generalist administration support within a busy office environment.
Accurate data entry.
Inputting invoices details to an in house system.
Taking deliveries.
Distribution of post.
Checking statements.
Updating accurate customer records.
Dealing with general enquiries.

Person Specification
Previous administration/customer service experience.
Strong IT skills including MS Office.
Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Flexible and adaptable.
Willing to undertake a varied workload.
