As our Credit Controller you'll overall be responsible for reducing debtor arrears through proactive cash collection over phone and email, in addition you will also:
- Reconcile accounts, resolve queries & build good working relationships with customers
- Maintain customer ledgers and finance mailboxes, ensuring all documentation is filed correctly
- Daily upload of billing integration files
- Process daily bank transactions & apply direct debit collections from customers
- Assisting in monthly billing process
- Run the risk associated credit reports
- Liaise closely with other departments to ensure excellent customer service
- Are proactive, confident and have a professional telephone manner
- Are tenacious and resilient
- Have strong MS Office skills
- Are a sound decision maker
- Have good organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Previous experience of working in credit control is essential
