Robert Half are working with one of our brilliant clients to find a new Assistant Credit Controller. This is a vital part of the finance function where you will be reporting directly into the Credit Supervisor and becoming part of an excellent credit control team. The Role

In this Assistant Credit Controller role you will be responsible for (But not limited to):

• Chase collection of all receivables
• Liaise with customers to ensure payments are not delayed
• Facilitate the prompt resolution of customer account queries
• Prepare customer account statements as required
• Monitor prepayment accounts on a daily basis to ensure they remain in credit
• Manage customer accounts to credit limits and report on exceptions on a daily basis
• Prepare daily cash movement statement and daily cash flow forecast
• Maintain an up to date Accounts Receivable ledger
• Prepare Aged Debtor report on a weekly basis and publish to Marketing, Supply and Senior Management
• Prepare Customers Exceeded Credit Limit Approval report on a weekly basis for sign off by GM and where appropriate KPI

Our client is one of the leaders of the Oil and Gas industry and this is a position which is very fast-paced with scope to grow. This role will be based at the companies head offices near the Woking area, and the ideal candidate will be an experienced credit professional who is eager to learn, develop and grow as part of an established and ever-growing business.

Salary & Benefits

This Assistant Credit Controller role will be offering between £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, as well as bonus, holiday, pension, private health-care, and further company benefits
