Here is an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Practice Manager to join a forward-thinking GP Practice.

Your role will include supporting in the running of key systems and procedures. You will work closely with the Group manager to assist and support with all aspects of the practice.

Experience working in a reception/customer care environment is essential along with experience in a General Practice setting. You will be a team player and work well with all staff to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations whilst delivering an excellent level of patient services. Reporting any issues encountered to the Group Manager.

Salary – £25,000 – £30,000 per annum FTE + 5 weeks annual leave + BH + NHS pension

Your role –

• Practice Lead/Deputy Practice Manager post, Full-time
• Maintain and develop effective communication across the team
• Managing Clinical rotas and Locum staff bookings
• Regular monitor and be aware of QOF, assisting the Group Manager with QOF matters
• Inductions for new staff
• Monitoring and arranging training, competency assessment and support for staff
• Assist with monthly KPIs, petty cash and other financial aspects of the practice
• Support the Group Manager with IT management in the practice
