If you are an experienced Healthcare Assistant looking to expand your skills and knowledge into complex care or if you already have complex care experience, this could be the perfect job role for you!
We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own home.
Meet our service user
Our service user is a young girl who lives with her loving family in Derby, she requires support throughout the day on a 1:1 basis to support her complex care needs.
She is a very sociable girl and loves to spend quality time with her family and care team. She enjoys exploring and playing with her favourite toys and being out and about for walks in the local community.
Throughout the day you will be required to assist her in enjoying her interests and engage in her favourite activities as well as meeting her care needs, this could include personal care, regular monitoring and being vigilant to her care needs, mobility support, and attending to her clinical care needs when required.
You will create a stimulating environment that encourages learning, growth, and, most importantly, fun!
Our service user is none verbal and will express herself through using emotions and sounds. It is important you become familiar with her methods of communication to ensure her needs and wants are met. Patience and understanding are key qualities for this role.
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

We have the following shifts available;
Take a look at our pay rates
Weekdays: £13.00 per hour (£130 approx. per 10-hour shift)
Bank Holiday: £15.00 per hour (£150 approx. per 10-hour shift)
