Assistant Financial Accountant
Up to £32,000
LoughboroughFabric is pleased to be working with a manufacturing business, who ethically source materials to manufacturer high quality products. Our client is looking to recruit a highly organised and meticulous assistant accountant to join their Finance Department.
Your Duties:
- Review and process payment runs
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Submission of VAT returns
- Prepare and manage the fixed asset register
- Support with monthly costings and annual budget reports
Candidate attributes:
- High standards of accuracy
- Previous experience supporting and supervising a financial team
- Part or fully qualified - ideally ACCA/CIMA
- Strong all-round knowledge of finance and accounts processes
- Adaptable and approachable with a positive outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
