Job description
Sussex based Financial Advisors and Wealth Management practice seeks an experienced Private Client Solicitor (4yrs+) to join the firms management team as a Director and legal Compliance Officer (COLPs).
You will undertaking a new role within the organisation heading up and managing the firms in-house legal services team. The roles involves overseeing/managing/training a junior team of Will, LPA and POA drafters whilst also managing and overseeing the firms currently outsourced Probate & Estate Administration work.
Previous experience working for a private practice law firm in a senior capacity would be preferred having dealt with the whole Private Client spectrum including Wills, Probate, Trusts and personal Tax Planning. STEP or SFE membership would be preferred.
The successful individual will be play a pivotal role in overseeing and developing the firms in-house legal services, Directorship, generous salary on offer, some hybrid working will also be considered.
