Female Support Worker Physical Disabilities - Cardiff - CF11
£11.13 + (PAYE - not under umbrella)
Additional holiday pay + pension contribution + benefits
Holiday pay is separate, NOT inclusive of your hourly pay. i.e. £11.13 + holiday pay

We are seeking a compassionate Female Support Worker to provide essential support to an individual with physical disabilities in Cardiff, CF11.
Role Overview: As a support worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and assistance to our client in their own home. Personal care is essential in this role, and your compassion and dedication will directly impact the well-being and independence of the individual you support
.
Key Details: - Shifts: 4-hour sessions per shift/3 shifts per week
- Hours: 12 hours per week
- Location: Cardiff, CF11
Responsibilities: - Providing personal care support according to the individual`s needs and preferences.
- Assisting with mobility and transferring as required.
- Offering companionship and emotional support.
- Ensuring the safety and comfort of the individual at all times.
- Maintaining confidentiality and respect for the individual`s privacy.
Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Empathetic and patient nature.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work independently

To work with us, you will need: - 6 months paid UK care experience in the last year or a year in the last 5 years
- Willing to undergo DBS and reference checks
- Willing to undertake personal care
- Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
- To be approachable, friendly, proactive and engage with the services users
- Great communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
