- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience from first contact all the way through until the onboarding process.
- Direct recruiting and partner management
- Process efficiency and service improvement
- Utilise existing Recruitment tools (Linkedin, ICIMS, Career Portals other job boards etc.) and social networking to source, generating a healthy selection of candidates in a timely and efficient manner.
- Managing rate and salary negotiations in line with any commercial restraints in place
- Ensuring a smooth interview process inc. arranging interviews, and providing feedback to all parties
- Providing an excellent service to hiring managers and advising them on best strategies
Experience & skills:
- End-to-end recruitment
- Proven background in managing vacancies within a fast-paced technology services environment
- Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems & MS office
- Ability to negotiate, manage stakeholders, prioritise workload and time manage
- Recruitment in international territories - Asia/Pac etc. is desirable
