SF Recruitment are working with a superb market leading manufacturing business who are seeking a Finance Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Our client is a manufacturing business in Hinckley who are looking for a confident Finance Manager to oversee the day to day running of the Finance Function (Team of 5). The ideal Finance Manager will have experience working within an SME environment & Manufacturing experience. The role reports directly into the Head Of Finance & is office based. Our client will consider Qualified or QBE.
Duties of the Finance Manager include:
- Overseeing the production of monthly and annual management accounts
- Providing financial and strategic support to other departments
- Analysing and modelling data as and when required
- Balance sheet review and controls
- Manage the quarterly stock take process
- Complete responsibility of year end audit
- Monitoring of day-to-day financial operations within the company
- Drive process improvements and identify automation that will be linked to new system
- Manage and assist in cashflow forecast
- Oversee HMRC compliance tasks i.e., VAT, PAYE, NI, Pensions etc
- Budget and forecasting
- Monitoring of key business KPIs
