MCS Group is delighted to be working alongside a leading construction company in the Pomeroy area as they look to recruit for an Assistant Accountant to join their team.

My client is a leading company in the Pomeroy area with a large customer portfolio. With a great working environment and team around you, this is a great opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career.

Role:

Reporting into the Finance Manager, duties of this role include:

• Assisting with quarterly management accounts
• Completing CIS, VAT, and PAYE
• Completing bank reconciliations
• Assisting with AP and AR when necessary

Person:

My client is ideally looking for someone with:

• Pursuing professional qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or IATI qualified
• Construction background preferred

Package:

• Salary up to £33k (DoE)
• Extensive overall package
