Established in 2021, AllPoints Fibre has grown from regional roots in Jurassic Fibre, Giganet and Swish Fibre, to establish a national wholesale network.

We are on a missions to create a wholesale network that can serve millions   of homes and businesses connect to a better digital future.

To take us on this journey and achieve our mission we need a Senior Legal Counsel, In House to join our growing Legal team responsible for legal compliance across our business. We are looking for a qualified solicitor in England & Wales, with a law degree and PQE experience.

What you will be doing:

• Delivering commercially pragmatic legal support to deal with the purchase of back-end business resources and capabilities across all business functional areas for a scale-up business, including software, hardware, IT professional services, agency and outsourcing.
• Advising on B2B deals and marketing.
• Supporting on regulatory specialist advices including wayleaves, Telecoms Security Act and Ofcom General Conditions compliance.
• Support on occasional supplier disputes, drafting policies, data protection matters and general legal compliance work will make up the remainder of the role.
  
  

About you:

The ideal candidate will have a personable approach, strong communication skills and act with integrity. We are looking for someone adaptable and accountable with good knowledge of General Data Protection Regulations. The role may in time evolve to have management responsibility of a paralegal.
