Our client, who are a well established regional firm, are looking for a residential property solicitor to lead their residential property team. This residential property solicitor will be joining their office in Exeter.
This residential conveyancing solicitor will be managing their own caseload of residential property matters from start to finish. As the Head of the Residential Property Department, you will be managing the residential property team and maintaining good working relationships with estate agents, brokers and lenders.You will be a qualified solicitor and be able to demonstrate experience of handling residential sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity relating to freehold and leasehold properties. You will be able to show experience of supervision and managing junior members of the team. If you are looking for a step up to leading a department, this is the role for you.
