Purosearch are recruiting for a Nursing Home Manager for a Home which provides high quality residential, nursing and dementia care within a secure and happy home whilst maintaining a relaxed and comfortable environment assisting residents to remain as independent as possible.
Purosearch want to hear from nurse qualified Home Managers or really expeirnced non-nurse Nursing Home Managers who have a proven track record of running a successful nursing home.

About you:
• You will have previous experience as a successful Home Manager or Exceptional Deputy Manager
• A Valid NMC Pin is desired but experienced non-nurse Nursing Home Managers will be considered
• Be commercially aware with evidenced results within the health care sector.
• Hold a Good' or Outstanding' CQC - (Desirbale)
• Have outstanding communication skills.
