Location: Hybrid - Working remotely from home with occasional travel to the office in Burgess Hill and other Trust locations.
Starting salary: £30,740 per annum

We are seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join our friendly and well respected People department, to deliver our customer focused recruitment service, supporting all stages of the recruitment process.
Working in collaboration with our fourteen academies and Professional Services departments, you will develop and implement recruitment initiatives to promote our employer brand, enabling us to attract the very best candidates. Our ability to recruit (and retain) high quality staff will help us to deliver our shared vision of being a centre of excellence in education, where every student is given the support they need to achieve their dreams.
Experience of using an Application Tracking System, alongside a sound knowledge of best practice and the legal framework is essential to enable you to advise and train our hiring managers. You will have excellent creative writing skills, as well as the ability to maintain accuracy when working at speed and to tight deadlines.
