Regional Project Manager - Mechanical and Electrical Projects - Permanent

Hybrid role that would be ideal for an experienced civils project manager.

Position will be working for a worldwide award winning Building Management Company delivering Mechanical and Electrical civils projects within commercial buildings.

• £55000 - £60,000 pa
• £5,000 car allowance
• Superb company benefits allowance, holiday pay and excellent good company pension
• Hybrid Role
• Monday to Friday

Purpose of Role:

Carrying out civils project management of mechanical and electrical projects within the South East of England

Essential Candidate Requirements:

• Very good project management experience
• Very good time served experience of delivering Mechanical and Electrical projects
• Budget Management experience
• Very good experience of developing and maintaining client relationships

£55,000 - £60,000 pa plus £5,000 pa car allowance and fantastic benefits package.
