Full time, 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
£32,112.71 per annum

We have an opportunity for a Locker Team Leader to join our team at Hinkley Point C, Somerset, TA5 1UD. This is a full time role working 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 17:00 and Fridays 08:00 - 16:00.
As Locker Team Leader, you will work as part of a team and use your initiative to manage the allocation of lockers and complete full locker audits on a prescribed basis. This will also include setting team members to work and coordinating with a nominated person from all Tier 1 contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
To allocate and manage all personnel lockers as approved and required to be assigned to individual workers at HPC through the life of the construction.
Managing a small team of locker operatives, covering all manner of operational and personnel duties when the Locker Coordinator is out of the business.
Ensure that all lockers are individually and accurately numbered.
To coordinate with all Tier 1 contractors and HPC managers to ensure that all workers are aware of the locker and changing room policies and procedures.
To complete weekly and monthly locker audits for the Locker Coordinator, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to meet that development need.
Ensuring all lockers are fit for purpose and reporting any defects so they can be resolved quickly.
Follow instructions from the Locker Coordinator, ensuring the company policies and procedures are upheld at all times.
Use of a computer to record and keep information up to data, answering emails regarding locker issues.
To attend training as and when required.
To ensure that you are adhering to the contracts uniform policy, wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to carry out the various duties.
To ensure that you maintain a smart, presentable and professional image at all times.
Any other duties as reasonably requested.

Desirable criteria:
Previous experience with space planning software.
Experience managing others.
