Property Manager

Location: Kent & South Coast

Salary: £30k - £33k + car allowance at £4,440

The Client:

Our client is a well-establishedproperty management company with multiple branches in the UK offering service with extensive leasehold knowledge.

The Role:

As a Property Manager, you will manage a portfolio, acting as the direct liaison with clients, freeholders, and leaseholders. Ensure high service standards, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

You have the option to work remotely, if you hold the AIRPM qualification andrequired to report to the office one day per week.

Duties:

• Conduct property inspections, prepare reports, and oversee maintenance.
• Manage budgets and client accounts, ensuring financial compliance.
• Administer building, directors, and officers insurance.
• Organise and attend various meetings, including EGMs, AGMs, and resident meetings.
• Address breaches of lease agreements.
• Coordinate with contractors for property-related tasks.
• Facilitate property sales and lease assignments.
• Manage and resolve complaints effectively.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in property management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle meetings and correspondence professionally.
