A rare opportunity has become available for a Lettings Accounts Administrator to join a top independent agent in the Solihull area. My client is growing and need to add an additional person to the team who is experienced in an accounts role, preferably from within the lettings industry.

Lettings Accounts Administrator Benefits

Lettings Accounts Administrator Duties:

• Processing invoices and payments.
• Bank reconciliation. 
• Receipting rent payments.
• Producing landlord statement
• Chasing debtors.
• Processing and arranging deposit returns.
• Using ALTO and Xero systems

Lettings Accounts Administrator Experience needed

• Experience in a similar administrative role
• Accounts experience is essential
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Team player & articulate
• Quick thinker & customer focussed
• Flexible working approach
• Proactive & enthusiastic
