Who are they?

Our client is a UK specialist Construction, Facilities Management & Civil Engineering company. They provide services across sectors from new build to refurbishment along with supplying building solutions to commercial units such as hospitals, retailers, universities etc.

What will I be doing?

• Preparation of bills and/or schedules for quantities of materials, labour and services required
• Cost reporting.
• Preparation and valuation of progress and submission to client.
• Sub-contract procurement including sending out enquiries, collating prices, negotiation, and order placement.
• Sub-contract valuations and payments in connection with any contract.

• At least 3 years' Post Grad experience.
