About the Role
We are seeking a talented UX Specialist to join our team. You’ll be working with our in-house UX designer and our product & engineering teams to take a brand-new SaaS platform from concept to launch.
You have a strong portfolio that documents your design process from concept to delivery. You will have a part to play in the whole process from research, through to ideation, iteration, testing, and refinement.
We’re looking for someone who possesses a strong understanding of user-centric design principles and has experience translating user journeys and flowcharts into wireframes, prototypes & final designs.
You should have previous experience designing for a SaaS platform and be comfortable working in an Agile environment. The ability to communicate well with business stakeholders and engineers is crucial, as is the ability to quickly iterate on an initial design or concept.
You’ll have knowledge and experience with research methodologies and associated tooling, journey mapping, problem-framing and solving, running workshops and collaborative sessions
Ideally you’ll have a working knowledge of Figma and Design Tokens.
