Are you a Construction Solicitor who has thought of moving In House?

A unique opportunity has opened up for a Construction Law Solicitor to join an international firm in Birmingham. This role offers the best of both In House and Private Practice. You will enjoy the variety and career path of Private Practice and the business connection of In House.

The firm represents household name, global clients, so can offer an unrivalled variety of work.

The Role:

You will enjoy a broad range of cases including:

• Development across various asset classes (Mixed use, Residential, Commercial, BTR, hotels, student, industrial)
• Corporate occupier acquisitions and disposals and property finance across the UK

The Candidate:

• Ideally you will have experience of both non contentious construction and contentious (although non-contentious only experience will be considered)
• You will have gained this construction experience in an established/reputable team
• You will be between NQ-5 years’ PQE
