Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as an Office Manager. The Office Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to our team members.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Supervise administrative staff, delegating tasks and providing guidance and support as needed.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and arranging logistics.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls.
Maintain office filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an office management or administrative role, preferably in the recruitment or healthcare industry.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
