A fantastic opportunity for a 2PQE+ Corporate Solicitor has become available to join a full-service, independent law firm providing bespoke legal solutions to businesses and the healthcare sector. You must have circa 2 PQE in Corporate Law to be considered for this role.

This firm covers the full spectrum of Corporate work, specialising in the sales, acquisitions and restructures of businesses covering commercial advice and commercial agreements. This firm acts primarily for dentists and healthcare professionals ranging from sole practitioners to large corporations.
