As an
Adaptive Learning Assistant in a Ringwood-based school, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students through tailored and innovative educational approaches. This permanent position offers a unique chance to contribute to the academic and personal development of our learners.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with teaching staff to implement adaptive learning strategies and technologies.
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and success.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs).
- Stay abreast of educational technologies and adaptive learning tools to enhance teaching methods.
Qualifications: - Previous experience as an Adaptive Learning Assistant or similar role is advantageous.
- Familiarity with adaptive learning technologies and a willingness to learn and implement new tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- A genuine passion for fostering an inclusive and adaptive educational environment.
