Job description
Programme Manager – HR Pay and Reward needed in North London.
The hourly rate is £420.00 PAYE
This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will lead the HR pay and reward programme over a period of approximately 15 months ensuring delivery of a minimum of five projects relating to pay and reward.
You will be continuously assessing risks to the organisation ensuring the programme is aligned to the council’s strategic direction. You will make best use of internal resources and bring in additional resource as required to ensure the programme is delivered within the timescales.
You will report to the Assistant Director of HR and will deliver the programme on behalf of the Director of HR.
