About the role

As a Software Product Manager you will oversee and manage the development of software products through all stages of the product lifecycle. You will be responsible for developing the product strategy and bringing that vision to life. You will also be involved with business generation and support the development of sales and marketing. As the product manager you will also support the development and growth of the team delivering the products.
This will be hybrid role based out of our Fareham office with an expectation you are in the office around 3 days a week with the opportunity to work from home the other days. It is likely there will be some travel abroad providing consultancy and other support.
About you
The successful candidate will have experience managing one or more software products throughout the entire lifecycle. You will have experience developing and maintaining a product strategy and road map and be able to translate business goals into software requirements. Experience of overseeing a software development team to both build and support the team is essential for the role.
Knowledge of maritime domain terminology and seamanship, navigation or ship handling principles is highly advantageous
You will also have experience working with customers to help capture their requirements then deliver a solution against the agreed timescale and specification.
