Job description
We are currently looking for a tenacious and dependable Operations Manager to join our client, a leading fitout and refurbishment company specialising in education and FF&E (Fitted Furniture and Equipment) to Main Contractors from a newly refurbished head office in Colchester.
This is a new role created to join the Management Team in ensuring the operations as well as all projects run smoothly on a day-to-day basis and will be key in helping the business meet its ambitious growth targets. If you have significant experience in a fast-paced Operations role having worked with Main Contractors and enjoy working in a fast-paced, energetic team environment, we'd love to hear from you.

- Planning, resourcing and monitoring the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth operations
- Carry out Operations Team meetings to ensure standards are being maintained and deadlines are being met
- Manage all personnel within the Operations/Delivery team, manage work schedules and carry out 121 review meetings regularly and provide constant constructive feedback
- Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
- Check & review all contracts to protect the legal position of the company from undertaking unfair or damaging projects
