Do you have People Service Advisor experience, and are you seeking a new job in Winchester? Our client is looking for a People Services Advisor, and the role comes with an attractive contract rate of £24 per hour.

To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

• Work proactively with the People Services team to deliver a seamless, quality ER and People advisory service
• Provide advice and guidance on employment-related matters including contractual issues, employee relations and People related matters (following organisation policies and procedures, legislation and best practice referring)
• Provide guidance and advice on various employment issues (including performance, conduct, grievance, misconduct, flexible working, probation and absence issues)
• Manage formal employee relations processes
• Support Investigating Managers in disciplinary, grievance and misconduct investigations through advice on the conduct of the meeting and format

To apply for this People Service Advisor role, you will need a CIPD qualification or equivalent work experience. You will also require:

• Experience in operational, day-to-day HR activities with a current knowledge of ER principles and practice
• Experience dealing with and managing employee relations cases with minimal direction
• Experience with notetaking at ER meetings
• Experience in delivering ER training sessions

You'll receive an excellent contract rate of £24 per hour for your knowledge, expertise and flexibility.
