Role Overview:
As a Pastoral Support/Year Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting the KS3 cohort through their secondary journey. The successful candidate will work closely with the pastoral team to ensure the well-being and academic success of students. Liaising with external agencies, parent and safeguarding team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide pastoral support to students in the KS3 cohort
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies
• Collaborate with the pastoral team to address student needs
• Act as a point of contact for students, parents, and teachers
• Lead and coordinate activities to enhance students' personal development
• Work closely with the attendance and safeguarding team

Qualifications and Experience:
• Previous experience working specifically in a high school setting
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Understanding of the challenges faced by students in KS3
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team dynamic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
