Through the delivery of Edexcel GCSE and AQA A level Business courses, the successful candidate will: 

• Make a real difference to the lives of students by equipping them for future success.

• Be an excellent teacher and a committed team player.        
• Be invested in enabling student progress, whilst also developing students holistically.           
• Deliver innovative and creative lessons which engage and challenge students to achieve their full potential.    

Essential 

• Proven track record of teaching Business up to A Level.
• Clarity of purpose and student-centred vision.
• Understanding of the strategies needed to establish consistently high aspirations and standards of results and behaviour. 
• Experience of raising attainment in a mixed-attainment classroom environment
