Job description

A local client who are developing and growing within their field are looking for a strong communicator to join their team as a Warranty Administrator. Reporting to the Senior Manager you will be maintaining records and documentation, coordinating with technicians and collaborating across departments.

Working 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday, this position is based in Bicester.

Duties of the role:
• Process and submit warranty claims, meeting submission requirements.
• Ensure records and documentation are upheld.
• Review policies and procedures ensuring compliance is maintained.
• Communicate frequently with customers, dealers and manufacturers.
• Liaise with technicians and departments.
• Assist with resolving customer queries and inquiries.

You must:
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
• Be computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Have strong communication skills.
• Work well independently and be able to efficiently prioritise tasks.

Experience within warranty administration or a `similar field would be advantageous but is not required as full training will be provided.
