Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: Preston, United Kingdom
Are you an experienced healthcare professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for quality care? Our client, a reputable care home provider in Preston, is seeking a dynamic Clinical Deputy Manager to join their team.
Salary: £55,000 per annum(depending on experience)
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day management of the care home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services that meet regulatory standards and best practices.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting a positive working environment and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee compliance with CQC regulations, quality standards, and policies and procedures, implementing necessary changes to drive improvement and maintain compliance.
- Manage and maintain effective rota systems, ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet the needs of residents and deliver person-centered care.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to monitor and improve the quality of care, conducting audits, reviews, and assessments as required.
Requirements:- Registered Nurse with valid NMC Pin (RMN or RNLD preferred, will consider RGN with relevant experience) and significant experience in a leadership role within a care home setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve excellence in care delivery.
- Experience with CQC inspections, quality assurance processes, and compliance management.
- Proven ability to effectively manage staff rotas and resources to meet service requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
