Electrical Technician  

Location:  Kinsale, Co. Cork 

Salary: Up to €52,000 based don experience

Sodexo have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Technician to join our established team at our prestigious pharmaceutical client site in Kinsale, Co. Cork, 

You will be part of the Integrated Facilities Management team providing technical support to the IFM team ensuring that our client and staff are provided with an attractive, safe, accessible and welcoming environment. 

In this role you will undertake maintenance and reactive activity to a wide range of Electrical Building Services equipment including but not limited to LV systems, PAT testing, RCD testing, RCBO testing, general lighting, AV, HVAC, building controls, small power and distribution, and other equipment found in modern pharmaceutical site. 

Whilst this role is based entirely on the client site, due to size it is essential that you hold a full driving licence so you can travel across the site.

About You 

Experience and knowledge requirement for this role: 

• Established experience in electrical building services and plant engineering
• Level 6 of the NQAI Certificate in Electrical Craft Practice or equivalent. 
• Trained in I.S.3217 the Irish Standard for Emergency Lighting 
• Excellent communications both written and verbal. 
• Exceptional customer focus with a positive, can-do attitude 
• Numerate and computer literate.
