Salary: £11.10 per hour (£11.15 ph if QCF/NVQ qualified)

Hours Per Week: 35 hours per week (Mixture of contracts available

What you will be doing… You’ll be working with a warm, friendly team based within one of our Supported Living locations to deliver individualised care plans to the people we support, helping them to live independently within their local community. Supporting individuals within their home environment along with daily activities, appointments and personal care needs.

• Sleep ins: Some of our locations require staff to undertake sleep-in duties. These are payable at £60 per night.
• Overtime pay: Overtime is available at an additional £1.20 per hour weekdays or £2.00 per hour weekends on top of your hourly rate of pay.
• Rota: Typically over a 3 week rota and includes evening and weekend working.

Hours of work

• 7:30 am - 5 pm
• 4:30 pm - 10:30 pm
• Long days – 07:30 am – 22:00 pm on a 1 in 2 off rota pattern
• Long days – 8 am-8 pm, 9 am-9 pm on a 3 in-3 off rota pattern
• Monday – Friday hours available (must be a driver)
• Weekdays and weekends – 9 am-5 pm (must be driver)
