German Telesales Associate

Salary: £25k - £30k + commission (£9,600)

Location : Leeds - Office Based
Type: Permanent
Pattern: Monday - Friday

Client Profile:

Origin Multilingual is proud to announce we are Recruiting for a German speaking Telesales Associate to join an established business in the heart of Leeds. My client is a specialist manufacturer within their field of expertise.

Duties & Personal Specification:

As the German Telesales Associate your objective will be to qualify enquiries from end users, architects, local authorities and other B2B partners, and to increase the lead to appointment conversion in the German market.

Here is how you will achieve this:

• Actively manage leads to ensure ratios are in line with targets, optimising appointments.
• B2B New Business Development prospecting
• Collect all relevant information from the customer, to put the BDM in the best possible position to sell.
• Develop key relationships with Country Sales Leader and Sales Manager.
• Ensure information is accurately added to company systems.
• General administration.
• Provide data required to inform business reporting, in support of the team manager and German sales team.
• Regularly feedback on how processes and working practices are working to ensure commercial operations are as effective as possible and improve over time.
• Attend sales and team/company meetings.

Required Skills/ Experience:

• Fluent German and English
• Polite, friendly and persuasive telephone manner
• Ability to quickly understand customers needs and offer appropriate solution
• Able to thrive in a target driven environment
• Confidence to use own initiative to avoid/resolve issues and identify opportunities for growth/improvements
• Highly motivated, tenacious and energetic
• Organised and strong attention to detail
• Sales experience is not essential as the skills and outlook are the main focus but previous sales experience would be advantageous
