We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at CareDial. As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to create strategic partnerships between CareDial and local businesses, focusing on providing volunteering or paid job opportunities for young adults with disabilities.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in business development, partnership management, or related roles, with a successful track record of cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships.
Disability Employment Understanding: Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in providing employment opportunities for young adults with disabilities. Familiarity with disability rights, inclusion, and diversity initiatives is highly beneficial.
Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective in presenting ideas, negotiating terms, and building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and creatively, identifying innovative solutions to drive partnership growth and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple partnerships simultaneously. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle various responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with local businesses, community organizations, and government programs relevant to disability employment is advantageous.
