Location: Slough

Contract Type: Agency/Locum, ongoing

Pay Rate: £25 per hour

Requirements of the Community Physiotherapist:

• Qualified physiotherapist i.e. Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
• Experience following their initial qualification
• Registered with the HCPC as a physiotherapist to work in the UK
• NHS experience would be advantageous but not essential
• Have experience working in the community with a wide range of conditions and ideally have worked in an Intermediate care or reablement setting previously
• Be confident and happy to work independently in peoples own home but also operate within a large multidisciplinary team consisting of OT’s, Coordinators and Rehab Care Support workers
• Be a car driving and able to use their own car to work around the Windsor and Maidenhead area
