Job description
Meet our client: A fast-growing scale-up consultancy on a mission to help companies who are struggling within their digital transformations.
With an aggressive 3-year expansion plan is in place, they need a strategic Agile Program Manager with a background in retail spaces that can start ASAP.
Working with stakeholders at all levels, and helping optimise, structure, and implement their growth initiatives efficiently and effectively, our client has made note that the team works best alongside the top 1%of talent – Ambitious, eager and excited at the prospect of working inside a fun, fast paced environment away from the usual corporate model.
Location Workplace Policy: 2 days in a central London office (must be based in the UK without visa/sponsorship requirements)
Salary: £90k - £110k base + equity share + bonuses
Start date: Immediate preferable!
What skills do you need?
Exposure to retail environments
Worked directly on digital transformation projects utilising agile project management
Prior experience leading, managing, programmes or portfolio delivery for clients and customers
Comfortable communicating/presenting to all stakeholder levels and managing expectations, workloads and priorities
Proven understanding of delivering from traditional and agile perspectives
Eager to learn and grow within the wider tech space
Experience with RAID and cross-functional dependency management
Calm under pressure and able to consult clients to a high standard
Ambitious, not satisfied by the bare minimum and willing to go the extra mile for things you believe in
